The Deadliest Catch

All her life she had loved the feel

of fur. She sold silver soup tureens

door to door, wearing a beret,

dark glasses, and a crochet bikini.

I've seen her lay the bikini across

dented garbage cans. She used to

flag down the malignant metal truck

for her bowl full of fugu.
